Hello Dan, A friend from the past writing to you. Theresa Hall and Bill Bauer. Hope all is well with you and your family. Thank you for the blog posts on the Sargent portrait. You give an excellent teaching. I have a question: when you study the edges and colors of a master like this do you study it at a museum? Or do you study it in an online museum like ARC museum? It is hard to get enough time in front of the actual paintings to actually do an in depth study. I was just curious. Also, have you plans for your summer studio with model sharing? If so I might be interested this summer. I am taking some courses online with my goal to study portrait with Jeff Watts and his online curriculum.
